Brief Session Description : Hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD) such as hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) are common, and physiatrists are uniquely equipped to care for people with these conditions. Attendees will learn to diagnose hEDS/HSD using formal criteria, prescribe appropriate rehabilitation, identify and help manage comorbid conditions, and enlist the help of primary care providers to care for this under-served population.
