Brief Session Description : In this session, we will discuss steps to building and executing new habits in a didactic presentation. There will be time for reflection and habit planning in small groups followed by a panel discussion of how to create habits to help you climb the promotion ladder, keep up with the literature, improve your teaching skills, while also attempting to maintain work/life balance.
