Dr. Ahmad Osailan is a distinguished Associate Professor at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, specializing in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Exercise Physiology. With a PhD in this field, he brings extensive expertise in measuring cardiovascular function in healthy and diseased populations using accessible measurement tools. Dr. Osailan's research has notably explored the chronotropic response in rheumatoid arthritis patients, the haemodynamic response post-cardiac rehabilitation, and the association between cardiorespiratory fitness and sleep quality. He actively teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses on cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation psychology, fostering the next generation of experts in these critical areas.
