Dr. Oh-Park is a physiatrist with 30 years of experience in clinical medicine, research and education, and healthcare management. She serves as Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, a Montefiore Health System member in White Plains, NY, USA. Dr. Oh-Park oversees the clinical operation, Graduate Medical Education, and innovation and research development for Burke to achieve the institutional mission. She also plays a key role in strategic planning and execution in the rehabilitation and post-acute sectors to create integrated care delivery for the Montefiore Health System and the tri-state region. Her current area of interest is building sustainable healthcare systems that provide effective and efficient care that makes sense and matters to the patients. She led the recent recognition of Burke as an Age-Friendly Health System by the Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI). Dr. Oh-Park is the recipient of 16 teaching awards and serves in leadership roles on various professional associations and editorial boards, including the American Journal of PM&R. Dr. Oh-Park has been promoting rehabilitation education with an extensive network of educators across the globe. She was the inaugural Chair of the Global Academic Physiatry (GAPS) subcommittee of the AAP and a member of the Education Committee of ISPRM. She is a Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine and the Department of Neurology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York, NY. She earned her medical degree from Seoul National University College of Medicine, Seoul, South Korea, her Master's degree in Clinical Research Methods from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and a Master's in Health Care Management from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
