Dr. Ajluni joined the physiatry staff at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan at the Detroit Medical Center in 2011 and serves as an assistant professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He is the assistant program director for the PM&R residency program and medical director of inpatient brain injury rehabiliation. Dr. Ajluni graduated from the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. He also earned a master's degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Michigan. Dr. Ajluni's post-graduate training includes a residency in PM&R at Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, Wheaton, Ill., and an internship in general surgery at Wayne State University. His specialty interests include traumatic brain injury, spasticity management and general musculoskeletal.
