Chris is a second-year resident at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He most recently completed his internship at Mayo in the Department of Internal Medicine. He has particular interests in interventional pain and spine care, regenerative medicine, and ultrasound-guided interventions. He is also attentive to how medical innovation and technology can help drive meaningful healthcare for patients.
Chris earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX. While in medical school, Chris took an additional year between his 3rd and 4th year to complete the Theology and Healthcare Certificate at Duke Divinity School, where he devoted himself to work in medical humanities, bioethics, and the intersection between faith and caregiving.
