Brief Session Description : This course aims to equip emerging physician leaders in the field of PM&R with the essential skills necessary to navigate the complex challenges inherent in departmental leadership.
Participants will be better equipped with practical strategies and tools to effectively navigate departmental leadership challenges specific to PM&R. By engaging with real-life case studies and panel discussions, rising leaders will gain valuable hands-on experience and develop a comprehensive understanding of systems-based leadership practices specific to Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
